Some champ groceries (at least for me)

  •  fruits/veggies, mostly: apples, bananas, peaches now (there is a season in my country)...from veggies carrots. I´d say apple is daily thing. Books are daily thing too, but they are food for my soul. You know :) 
  • oats. Just...OMNOMNOM. With apples, cinnamon, peanut butter...

  • fish meat/lean chicken. Even though I don´t like meat, I am not a vegetarian. Because of these ones. 
  • tofu cheese. I fucking love tofu!!!
  • anything from soya. Soy yoghurt FTW! My friends don´t get, why I love soya foods...just same as I don´t get their obsession with fastfood. 
Badass snack!

  • baby food! Yes, I´m 17. But...

  • peanut butter. I have no idea, how does american pb taste, because I use this one, made in Netherlands. I mix it with honey and it is a very good substitution to nutella etc.





  • honey. No need to write, natural sweetener at its best - consumed on daily basis on toasts. I´d like to try Stevia too. 
  • green tea. Antioxidants help you to lose pounds, plus it has some alcaloids and if you hate coffee, but you´re a busy student like me, it is a good solution. But in fact..any tea is very good, unless you don´t add too much sugar.
